Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). Orders placed after standard business hours will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, and a second notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected:

Freight & Large Orders
Oversized or bulk LED lighting orders may require freight shipping. In these cases, our team will contact you with a shipping quote and delivery details before processing your order.

We currently ship within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a replacement or refund, if applicable.
